What it means for Penang buyers

For buyers looking at EXSIM’s Penang projects, the group’s growing contracting and hospitality businesses are worth knowing about. EXSIM Hospitality does fit-out work, and through Mana Mana it manages short-stay units for owners. That matters if you are thinking of buying a unit to rent out.
