What it means for Penang property

Exports at this level mean factories in Bayan Lepas, Batu Kawan and Seberang Perai are busy, and that supports jobs for engineers, technicians and production staff. Steady jobs help demand for homes near the industrial zones, both for buyers and for tenants. Trade figures can swing from month to month, so treat them as one factor among many when choosing a property.
